1 What is the difference between the Trial version and the Pro version?
Both the trial and Pro version can help you find your lost data. You can scan and preview the found data with the free trial version. If you hope to recover the data, you can purchase a license and register. And then you get the Pro version.With the Pro version, you can scan, preview and recover with no limitations and with specialized technical support services.
2 Does the software provides updates? Do I need to pay for the updates?
Our software is free to updated during the use period. If you choose the lifetime version, you will get a lifetime free update service.
3 Is the software available for commercial usages?
Commercial usage is not allowed without commercial authorization. If you plan to use it for commercial, please contact us for permission.
4 Can I run the software on Mac computers?
The Windows version cannot run on the MacOS system. The Mac version is still under development. Please stay tuned.
5 Why can't the file be restored to the original partition where the data was lost?
The original data may be overwritten during the recovery process. It will generate errors or incomplete files after the recovery.
6 In what scenarios is the Deep Recovery used?
Deep Recovery will run a deep scan. And it is a comprehensive one-by-one scan, as well as intelligent recognition of reorganized files. 7 Why does the deep scan take a long time?

8 The scanned file is not previewed successfully. Is the file damaged?
Not necessarily, some file formats do not support previewing, it does not mean that the file is damaged, you need to restore it onto your computer to confirm the integrity of the file.
